This morning I made some Calamares. I super love Calamares. Its crispy texture makes me wanna crave for more. So I decided to make some. I searched some how to videos on making Calamares, prepared the ingredients then I’m on the go.
I really had so much fun preparing the squid, adding some spices and dipping it in the flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Then, there goes deep frying it. The oil was really so hot that once I placed the squid it easily turns brown and I was like Oh my, this is not happening. Now, I really have to be quick and fast with this. So I tried to catch up and just put it one at a time so that I may pick it ut up immediately. Unfortunately, it didn’t turn out as I was expecting. But then I’ll say it is pretty good for a beginner, more room for improvements. I’m really learning alot from is experience.

You may notice that some are kinda bit dark brown since I was really struggling to catch up with the heat. Anyways, what do you think?? I’ll be working on my mishaps and when I finally made it well, I’ll be happy to share the recipe with you. 😀
